Bought this software to extract and print/store WhatsApp chats from my Android Pixel 8. Downloading and installing was no problem. But, and there is always one of these "buts": when I came to use it, all the helpful "advice/tips" were for iPhone users. I am not sure whether this said something about iPhone users or me! In any case, I emailed Support and received the advice I needed, almost by return. I am still learning the software, but I can certainly recommend the support team. And the software itself does seem capable of doing what it says on the tin, if I can ever find the tin!

I needed to extract Wechat messages for legal purposes. There aren't many options for wechat message extraction even from Chinese sources so I was skeptical about this software at first but decided to gave it a try anyways and I can't believe it works!! I don't usually leave reviews but I cannot describe how thankful I am to you guys making such a workable software!! Literally saved me possibly hundreds of hours trying to do backups manually!

Decipher Chat was exactly what I needed. I was able to export and print out almost 9 years worth of WhatsApp texts that I needed for a court case. Decipher Chat made it so much easier than I had originally expected. So kudos for providing such a valuable, user-friendly product.
